What if my item arrives damaged?

Are your products for dogs or cats?

Most PawHaven™ comfort products work for both dogs and cats, especially calming beds, blankets, and safe-space items. If a product is dog-only (like ramps), we’ll say so on the product page.


How do I choose the right size?

Use the Size Guide on each product page.

If your pet is between sizes, size up for extra comfort.


My pet is picky. What if they don’t use it right away?

That’s normal. Some pets need a little time. Try:

    Tip: brushing after drying can restore fluff.

Are crate covers for cats too?

Cats don’t typically use wire crates at home, but the same principle applies: many cats prefer covered, quiet resting spaces. Our blankets and calming beds are great for that.

Our heated options (where available) are designed to provide gentle warmth, not intense heat. Always follow the included safety instructions and supervise initial use.

Do GPS collars require a subscription?

Most GPS collars require a monthly plan for live tracking. If a subscription is required, it will be clearly stated on the product page.


Will the smart feeder work for cats too?

Many smart feeders can work for cats depending on portion size and kibble. If you’re buying for a cat, choose a model with smaller portion control and a secure lid.
